iPod touch iTunes: Backup error -20

Hi, I am getting this problem when syncing my iPod Touch 64gb 3g non jailbroken and I was wondering if somebody could help.

"Itunes could not back up the iPod "xxxxx's Ipod" because an unknown error occurred (-20).

Do you have an encrypted backup? Even though the article below is for error -50, try the possible solutions:
