iTunes backup transfer

I have had my iTunes on my windows laptop syncing two iPhones and two iPads.

Now my laptop has aged and battery is dying.

What would be the best and flawless way to transfer my iTunes (together with all the iPhone iPad apps music and videos) and start syncing my devices to my iMac. Thanks
