iTunes backup via CD

I just received my new MBP today and am trying to get my iTunes collection over to it. On my windows desktop, I try to backup everything onto disks, burn them, then import them onto the MBP. Now I insert the blank disk 1 and that burns fine, but iTunes will not recognize any blank disks after that. It says that the disks I am inserting are not blank and to insert a blank disk. I confirm that I am inserting blank disks, but it just does not want to recognize them and burn to it. Any help would be great, thanks!

It would be easier to network the two boxes together and transfer the whole library at once.
