iTunes balance not visible?

I used to see my balance next to my name, but it's no longer there.
Did Apple kill that? I added a $50 gift card and I have no way of seeing my balance.
 
I just tried to look at mine and received an error message saying iTunes was not available, try again later.

Very odd :(
