itunes billing problem....but i have store credit?HELPP

ok i cannot get anything form my itunes becasue it says i have a billing problem. I have store credit and the only time its ever worked was to buy one movie. Did you happen to buy your iTunes credit on ebay (or anywhere not directly from Apple)?

no i bought it from wal mart and i just wanted some quick help with this if possible
