Hey guys, i'm running Mavericks latest dev preview, and in iTunes i can't seem to add books to the library, when i open the preference panel i can add everything else but books aren't on the list of what can be checked. I'll put a screen of it up so if anyone has any idea how to solve this please help :/ Screen Shot 2013-09-13 at 1.21.39 PM.png

Ironically though, iTunes does do audio books.

Unless those "books" make sounds. :D

Are we all confused yet?

True (and it may change) but one could make a plausible argument that audio is listening and reading is seeing so while audio books may have the same content they are fundimtaly different because of this.

Now add to this multimedia in both formats and it can become even more interesting and confusing.

The truth is... iTunes is just getting long in the tooth. It served its purpose when all it did was "Tunes". Now, it's got too much Apple branding associated with it and is impossible to rename/get rid of.
