Hey guys,
So today I took in my macbook to get my ichat problem fixed, which I discussed in an earlier thread a few weeks ago. Nevertheless they couldn't fix it, and in the process deleted all the caches. THey then went into the back and did something, saying they restored all my data. I come home, open itunes and its completly broken. All the artwork is missing, but when I go to put it back in, it won't add. And its not like the artwork is missing, notice the question marks aren't there on the blacksquares. THe itunes store is always missing all the images too, I really don't want to have to go back to the genius bar, but I might have to. Can anyone help? Also no videos will play, even though they are in itunes.
Oh yea forgot to add, I've tried reinstalling Itunes as well..
