itunes burning cd problem

I had previously installed itunes on my PC about a month ago and burned CDs with no problem. Everything ran smoothly.

All of a sudden, I tried to burn a CD from a playlist i had created after the attempt to burn, it says cancelling and then a dialog box appears that says

"the attempt to burn a disc failed. An unkown error ocurred(4280)"

I was wondering if anyone here knew what specifcally this meant, why it's all of a sudden happening, and what could be done to correct it. Im not that familair with itunes so any advice or insight would be appreciated.

I think that was the error that came up with the combination of older versions of iTunes and XP service pack two. Maybe try reinstalling the latest version of iTunes.
