iTunes cannot read the contents of this phone

I downgraded back to iOS 6.1.4 from iOS 7 before the closing of the signing window, however my iTunes 11.1 seems to randomly show this error even after fresh iPhone set up, the error shows of the blue, and i can't use iTunes except to restore the iPhone firmware, i never ran into this on the previous iTunes version, it started showing up after the release of 11.1

not having this issue on mac. Might be a windows bug. Downgrade back to itunes 10

happeend to me once, you have to download ifunbox and delete something... i forgot lol
