iTunes: Cannot save Library/Modified date = Tomorrow

I have just noticed my iPhone 4 has stopped wirelessly syncing.

I checked the Mac it was trying to sync to and iTunes has popped up with an error message "The iTunes Library file cannot be saved."

I checked the iTunes folder and it seems the ITL file has a modified date of tomorrow...

Anyone seen this? (Lion 10.7.2).
