::: iTunes can't find some of my music:::

I get theses little exclamation points whenever I try to play a song. It asks me if I want to find the song ( click yes and find the folder that contains the song)

My question is there anyway that iTunes can "rescan" all of my music so it can be loaded back into iTunes (I've already tried to go into iTunes preferences and reset the music location but no luck) . A lot of my playlists and my actual library is very incomplete because of this.

I got this problem on my windows computer~ I simply solve it by re-encoding my MP3 files~ and import them into the iTunes Library~
