iTunes & CD-Text Capability...

Hi there everyone.

Hope all's well, and looking forward to the bankholiday weekend here in teh UK!

Question: Is anyone else having trouble eneabling the CD-Text check box in iTunes?

Spec: P/Book G4 1GHz; iTunes 7.1.1(5); Matshita DVD-RAM UJ-845S.

I've been looking everywhere, and can't figure out:

1. Why the box is greyed out;
2. Why I can't get rid of the greyed out so I can tick the box.
3. How I can check the box so I can burn CD's with CD-Text.

I just called Apple to ask why there is apparent ambiguity in their software, and they said that I'd need to spend £35 (USD$70) before they could even take this call forward. Apple need to be careful here as there essence is starting dissapear as they get more and more agressive!!!

I'm not prepared to pay £35 for someone to start to look in to why something they offer as a standard feature is not available to me.

So, I was hoping someone here may be able to provide some assistance.?

For information: Setting is for "Audio CD", in prefs.
