iTunes Changed Music File to an App

Hello all,

For some bizarre reason, iTunes replaced a music track that was "missing" with one of my iOS apps. I was able to restore the link back to the MP3 file, but now there is an app rating beside the title of the song. Also, the menu that shows up when I right-click is not the same as the menu when I choose another track in iTunes. How do I tell iTunes that it is a music file, and not an app?

I'm using iTunes 10.1.1, on Leopard.
