iTunes cloud purchases

Anyone else come across the option to show cloud purchases on iTunes > Preferences > Store going missing? Any idea how to get it back?

12.3.0.44 on El Capitan, though it was missing before the OS X update. Could not say if it disappeared with any specific iTunes update.
