UPDATE: Got a response from Apple and they will authorize another download of complete album with a credit to the account. Problem fixed.
ITunes recently had a deal where you were able to purchase select tracks off of a Keith Urban forthcoming album. The deal was when the complete album was released you could select a complete my album feature and get the remaining tracks.
The problem for me is the 4 early released tracks appear as single purchases and do not appear under the album title with the completed 6 tracks.
My question is has anyone else experienced this and if so have you found a way to have all the tracks appear under the one album title?
Hope this makes sense. Any feedback would be appreciated.
