I am moving to a new mac, and I want to have my iTunes library on a specific hard drive, and only there. I already have all of my music files on that HDD in a specific folder, but there are a few folders organized in different ways. I am wondering:

1) How do I make it so that whenever I add music to iTunes (dragging and dropping a folder), that it automatically puts it on my iTunes HDD?

2) Since the folders are from a couple of different locations with some organized manually and others organized automatically by iTunes, is there any way to have iTunes handle all of the organization itself so that I never have to go digging around to find out where to place a new album before I drag and drop it into iTunes?

3) I guess I wasnt very efficient on my last computer and there are probably some songs/albums that are doubled in my iTunes folder as well as in a folder I organized manually. I honestly dont know where my last iTunes library was reading them from, but I changed some of the data (album name, composer, etc) within iTunes, so how should I go about making sure that I dont have to do that sort of thing all over again?

Edit: Figured out that last one for myself. I was organizing music into folders manually and then it would automatically get copied to a separate iTunes folder. How redundant -.-

Sorry, it's a bit of a mess.
