iOS iTunes Connect - Manage Applications down?

I'm trying to submit an update, and every time i click to go into Manage Applications it redirects me to the login page. Just keeps doing that no matter what lol.

Same thing here. I need to download some promotional codes and all I can see is the 'login' page.

frakin' Safari

Use Firefox or just quit Safari, relaunch and log back in... you'd think an Apple site would work super-duper with Safari...

Often when they change something on that site you need to empty the cache in Safari or things go wonky.
