I had to reconsolidate my library because of a screw up i did and now i have a ton of multiple songs. Is there a way to get rid of them easily? Also since I consolidated to a new location is it ok to delete the song files in the other location

If you performed the consolidation properly, then there will be no duplicates. iTunes would've taken all of our files, no matter where they were located, and moved them to the location you entered in the preferences.

Tutorial (Scroll down to "Consolidate Library: The Right Way")
