iTunes control bar that is sticky or any music radio/streaming app that has one

I was wondering if iTunes had toolbar that will be visible above other apps at all times. What i need it for is to view the song name that is currently playing so that i quickly note in my memory what the song is if its good. I don't really need volume controls though that would be good too, just track info.

I have MAC OSX 10.6 snow leopard.

Or anyone know of any radio/streaming apps that includes a toolbar that does that.
