iTunes Corruption Issues

Hi everyone. It seems my iTunes has been corrupted somehow. I noticed it after iCal opened iTunes as an alarm in the morning. Any idea why this happened and how to fix it? I've tried reinstalling multiple times. Thanks.

Reinstalled iTunes or the OS? Have you messed with the fonts recently? Have you used an app like Monolingual to strip excess languages from your system?
