iTunes/Coverview in Full Screen mode?

Is there any way to use iTunes in a "full screen" mode in which the entire screen gets a black background, etc. kind of like in iPhoto6's picture-edit mode? I think that would be pretty cool! Browse through all the movies, TV Shows, etc with black background on the whole screen.

(I meant to say CoverFlow in the subject. Not Coverview.)
