I had a crash on my system, had to force power off & restart.

everything seems okay, EXCEPT when I try to re-start iTunes, it gets to the "checking iTunes library" screen and just stops there.

I guess the library got corrupted ? I believe most of everything is backed up on iCloud (hopefully!).

But I now can't turn on iTunes - it just gets to this screen and no further.

any suggestions / comments / feedback?

thanks in advance,

okay, I got back into iTunes and started a new library.

of course, there's nothing in it. But I know that most everything is in iCloud.

new question: how do I get into my iCloud and have it load all the stuff that's saved up there, especially all those playlists etc.

again, grateful for any suggestions, help, and / or feedback!
