iTunes crashes when I select Apps with iPhone 4 connected

I've upgraded to iTunes 10 and I have iOS 4.1 on my iPhone 4. But now when I select device>iPhone>apps, iTunes crashes every time. I can select any of the other iPhone tabs without any problems. Does this happen to anyone else? Do you think it's a bug in iTunes 10 or is there something I could try? I don't want to delete iTunes (and redownload) for fear of messing up the library.

Thanks for the lead. Embeded in that thread, someone had the identical problem to mine. The first home page on my iphone is blank so I can see the wallpaper. Aparently that's the bug that's causing iTunes 10 to crash on me.
