Itunes continually crashes when I open it (after a few minutes). Here is *partial* info below from my console (there is a ton more). I have no idea what any of this means.

I've reinstalled itunes several times, and even my operating system, but no luck. I also ran Yasu (to clean out all preferences, caches, reset permissions, etc...) Do you know how I can fix this? It just started a few days ago.
