itunes crashing

Hello!
itunes crashes on me when I put on the visuals and what I'm left with afterwards is the desktop, but it looks HUGE, and an error message.
any ideas?

Have you tried to normal....
Restart
Trash preferences
Repair permissions
Reinstall
