This is the second time this has happened to me. I was able to solve it the first time through the MacRumors Forums, but it seems that I can no longer find it / it was deleted.
It is right on start up of iTunes. The app works for about :30 seconds and the quits, prompting an error report: http://goo.gl/a2hbK (I put it in a google doc to save space)
