iTunes dekstop controls? Where you can rate/change song etc?

Does anybody know of some type of extension that will create like a mini player on the desktop where I can rate/change songs??

Im a big fan of ratings as ive got a HUGE library and would like the option to rate songs from the desktop instead of opening it every time
