iPod touch Itunes deletes all my music when syncing movies

I'm hoping someone can help. I have a 2G - 32GB iPod touch. I synced all my music on to it.. and then went to sync my movies and tv shows, and got the message "are you sure you want to sync you movies, Itunes will delete all you music from your ipod..." and it did. I browsed similar threads for answers and all I can say is that I am not working from 2 different librarys. Can anyone help?

sync again and tell it to put on both movies and music.
