I don't know why, every time I sync my iPhone iTunes erases my music from both computer and iPhone, anyone know why that is? Settings seem fine, not sure what to do.

First, uninstall iTunes. Download the latest available version, and reinstall. Afterwards, back up your iPhone (right-click or two finger click on your iPhone's name and choose "Back Up") and then choose to restore it.

Also, scan for viruses, regardless of whether you're using a Mac or PC. Then, if all this fails, contact Apple. Others may have better solutions, but that's how I do things. :D

Because you're using sync.
You probably have the Music sync tab at the top of iTunes selected, as well as trying to sync the regular library.

I find manually managing works much better for me, as I have more music than the capacity of my phone
