iTunes device sidebar on right getting stuck when transferring files to iPod

Hi!

I'm having an annoying problem with iTunes after updating to 11.1.4 (problem still present in 11.1.5). I use my iPod a lot (iPod nano latest model), and everytime now I'm transferring files to my iPod in iTunes, the device sidebar on the right which pops up everytime I'm dragging files to my iPod gets stuck, thus covering many of my albums in album view.
Does anyone know how to fix this? (I have iMac late 2012 model, latest version of OSX.)
