Itunes different accounts for apps?

Hi,

I'm just wondering what would happen if I login to my friends itunes account to get some of the apps he paid for. I have only the free apps on my account, and I'm just wondering if its possible to grab some apps from his account, and if he could do the same from mine if I pay for some apps.

If this isn't possible, could i go to his house to connect my iphone to his computer, and sync ONLY applications from his itunes to my phone, and not lose all my apps + music?
