So my iphone and ipod is sync'd to my desktop. Went i went to college, i had to use my brothers laptop and left my desktop at home. Is there a way to remove my brother's itunes and replace it with my iphone one?

You can have both libraries on there if you like, just rename the iTunes folder on the laptop to something different and move the entire folder over to the desktop via external drive/usb stick. Once there launch iTunes while holding down the option key, this will give you the option to create a new library or chose a different one, choose a different one by navigating to where you copied the iTunes folder from the laptop. If you keep both libraries, just be sure you have the correct one loaded before syncing your phone.
