I am in the process of bringing all my media into itunes to join the Apple ecosystem I haven't imported to much on my mbp (where I manage my ipod, iphone) because the HDD capacity is 500gb and I have about a terabyte and enjoying watching movies on the bigger screen my pc offers. However my next computer whenever I buy one will be an iMac. So I want to start organizing iTunes to hold all my media and that it is organized properly in the event that I would get an Apple TV.

My question is about the display duplicates function under the file menu in iTunes. If I select display duplicates does everything that appears is a duplicate? Is there an easier way to deleting them other then manually looking thru the flies?
