iTunes does not recognize iPhone

Hey all

iTunes doesn't recognize my iPhone (4s), so I tried some common solutions, and now it doesn't even charge when I plug it in to my computer. I am using a PC, windows 7. Have the latest version of iTunes - tried reinstalling that as well.

Any ideas?

What is iTunes saying.
Are you jailbroken.

Please try to give as much info as possible with any applicable screen shots.

This way members will be able to get a better handle on your problem.

I had faced also same problem. So have you tried calling setting up an appointment with Apple?
