My freind has just gotten an iPod video.
He installed the software on his WinXP machine.
(He says its iTunes v4 - and it came with the iPod - is that possible?)
When he plugs the iPod into his PC, iTunes doesn't see the iPod, but it does turn up in 'my computer' as an external drive.
Any advice?
