iTunes doesn't auto-load

Hi everyone...

iTunes no longer autostarts when I plug my iPhone into the computer.

When I plug my iPhone in, iPhoto would come up, but that was annoying, so I found the switch for that and turned it off. I can NOT, however, find the option to have iTunes autostart when I plug in my phone.

Any suggestions on where to look?
