I am writing this from my iphone so in general i am very happy. However i am having a problem with iTunes and it not recognizing iPhone. When I first connect iPhone it works fine, but if I disconnect and reconnect it will not recognize it and I need to restart to have it sync. Even though itunes doesnt work, iPhoto pops up every time to allow me to import pictures taken with iphone. Any thoughts?

I'm using 10.4.10 on a MacBook Pro, so it's likely not a system problem. Works fine everytime on my wife's MacBook. Reinstalled iTunes 7.3 to no avail.

Just reinstalled 10.4.10 which originally 'fixed' some USB mounting problems. I think it's the cause of the problem though.

i'm having this same problem with two iphones on the same computer. What did you guys do to solve this problem? Any suggestions?
