ITunes Doesn't Work

I have an iphone SE and i put in songs a while back with itunes from my windows computer. When i click on itunes, it doesn't open. Do i need to uninstall and reinstall? If i do that, wouldn't that mean i have to transfer all the songs from my library to it again?

Just restart your computer first. If won't help - reinstall. This shouldn't affect your media library normally.
