iTunes download stopped

Just purchased a book from iTunes. It downloads it in 4 parts. Only one part of 4 has downloaded. On my iTunes it shows 4 parts, but only one having completed the download. On line, iTunes shows "downloading part 2 of 4, but I don't see any movement. It says it is accessing iTunes, but nothing happens.

Any thoughts on how to contact iTunes, or get the download going??

There's a menu selection "Check for Purchased Music". Try that first.
