iTunes Drive recommendations sought

I am currently running TC with an iMac. I think that it is time to move my iTunes library to an external drive along with an archive file. I have been considering one of the G-Tech units, 1 or 2 TB. Does anyone have any recommendations or cautions. Thanks.

I like the G-Tech Drives.

I have a few G-Tech Drives. In fact, I have three 2 TB G-Tech FW Drives. I use one 2 TB for Time Capsule connected to the Airport Extreme. One 2TB for iTunes & Photos, and one 2 TB for backup of my Documents, iTunes & Photos. Then I have two G-Tech FW mini type drives that I use for additional backup of my Documents, iTunes & Photos. One of the minis travels with me while on the road. Then I have an additional G-Tech FW mini that I use for my photography while on the road.
