seems there is a bit of a mix up at apple or these guys got rights to sell as well.

i thought exclusive meant only apple.

As of right now, it IS exclusive.

Steve never said "exclusive for ever." It was just, as of that moment, exclusive.

If you click on the "more info" link on that page, it says "pre-order now for release on 10/21/2003."

Didn´t Steve mean with "Eagles --> exclusive" that the Eagles are exclusivly available on iTMS, not any other ONLINE music store?
