iTunes EQ file location?

i've been trying to find the file that allows me to migrate my iTunes EQ settings to a new iTunes set up. I've got my iTunes database with the itl file in the iTunes folder. i tried google and added the iTunes plist file in the system folder. but still no luck.

its coming from an older version of iTunes, one of the later 11. versions, from Mavericks.
