iTunes Error (-3271)??

I am running iTunes 7.4.2 and I am having trouble connecting to the iTunes store. The home page shows broken chain links in place of the pictures and I get the error (-3271). The text reads "We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error has occurred. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes, but to no avail. If you have any suggestions, they would be much appreciated. Here are some pics:
