iTunes Error- Column sorting by Artist does not work.

Thank you in advance for the help.

iTunes is having a problem with column sorting by artist. I select to have a column by artist, but I am provided instead with Album by artist. As such I try to have an additional column album by artist. However that doesn't fix the issue.
