itunes error since jailbreak

Hi. I have a x64 Windows box, with latest version of Itunes, i've reinstalled itunes twice, removed the iPhone from device manager in an attempt to get it 'seen' by Itunes. All i get is this, as soon as i attach 4S.

Jailbroke with Absinthe 2.0 and i am on 5.1.1

Same issue here - iPhone 4 UK CDMA - JB with A 2.0.1 - lost contacts and messages apps and all my apps. Couldnt erase all settings and content. Restored 10 times and wont activate now.

Can't connect to iCloud on my PC either.

Annoying to say the least as I have work in 4 hours.

I can only get itunes to 'see' my phone if i use ireb to put it into pwned DFU mode. It then sees the hardware, i then rebooted it to normal and it says the apple hardware device service isn't started. ( i do know how to start it, and it doesn't start '.

Cant even restore via DFU mode.

fixed with dfu restore... Won't be jailbreaking again until i know it's very safe. Wish i'd have stayed at 5.0.1 now!

Should fix whatever issues you were having.

I jail broke using redsn0w tethered and installed rocky raccoon in Cydia to untether. Is there a way I can do this again to jailbreak 2.0.2?

A big shout out to all you guys and gals being brave and downloading the newest version of the jailbreak, and ironing out the bugs for us chickens sitting in the wings awaiting a cast iron 100% trouble free jailbreak.

You don't need to re-jailbreak again, if you are already jailbroken. It's a purely cosmetic difference in the jailbreak. Assume you're using an iPhone 4 if you're using redsn0w? 2.0.2 only contains bugfixes for the new GSM build i believe for the iPhone 4.

Should be good to go now, the advice i offer is

log in as a local admin ( if you're using a Windows box )
do a backup, then clean install.
Run the tools from c:\ ( again, if you're running windows )
Ensure you the ipsw's to hand should you run into any trouble,
backup your SHSH's ( tinyumbrella )
