iTunes exclude song from sorting, rating, etc.

I have a number of songs that are mainly just for going to sleep by, and they are included in a sleep playlist. All of these songs have the word SLEEP in the Grouping area under Song Info.

When I want to sort my library songs by number of plays, ratings, etc., is there a way to exclude all of the songs that are in the sleep category?
