iTunes Facebook Integration

Do you think we'll ever see iTunes integration with Facebook (much like Spotify works right now), where songs, albums and playlists you listen to appear in the Ticker, the Music section and the News Feed? I find the feature interesting (seeing what friends are listening to etc.) and would like to see it come to iTunes. This could potentially come alongside the rumoured Facebook iOS integration?

Maybe. It was apparently all ready to go for the initial launch of Ping but Apple and Facebook could not agree on terms so it was Twitter only.

I think you'll see it one day soon. Apple and Facebook may compete in certain markets but they both hate Google more.

It would of course be optional, just like Ping is right now. If you didn't want to use it, you wouldn't have to.
