iTunes film file & iTunes Extras not merging

I recently bought another iTunes Extras film, although this one has a problem that none of the others share. The iTunes Extras file and the Main Film file are displayed separely in iTunes Grid view, unlike all other iTunes Extras films where they are displayed as one, with a roll-over HUD to access the Extras. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
