iTunes Folder TV show Issue

Hello

I just moved my large iTunes library over to a new HDD.

Before my TV Shows file structure was as follows
-TV Shows
-Show
-Season
-All Episodes in that season.

Now all the shows file structure is
-TV Shows
-Show
-All Episodes of the Show


Does anyone know how to remedy this the than just going and doing it manually.


Also I checked Keep iTunes Folder Organized but it moved all the Music into the general folder and outside of the "Music" Folder.
