Itunes folders consolidation

Hey everyone,

Im trying to organize my itunes folders because Inside my Itunes Media folder I have a "Music" as well as an "Itunes Music" Folder. Within these folders are further folders named for artists, some artist are located in "music" and in "Itunes Music", some in just one of the two and there are some artist folders of artists which aren't in my library.

I have already tried the Consolidate library option, but this changed nothing at all.

Can anyone help me with this?
